I believe stress and anxiety are 2 of our biggest killers
I am an active mum of 5 whom loves keeping fit with gym, weights, riding and running. In fact my perfect day starts with early morning run along the beach followed by healthy breakfast.
I also love spending time with my kids and enjoying life, with some downtime to enjoy the little things- lighting a beautifully scented candle and relaxing with bubbles and a book, enjoying a massage or a wonderful facial would have to top the list on this end.
I believe stress and anxiety are 2 of our biggest killers and believe we should all be trying to tune into our own bodies and feed our souls everyday.
When was the last time your diary reflected enough time spent on what you’d list as your priorities?
I also believe in balance and health from within. Nourishing our bodies with good nutrition, enough sleep and enough water can make a world of difference. I think we are all a little guilty of not looking after these 3 things.
